SMART notebook files

As part of our programme to assist teachers with using their SMART Board™ in their classroom, 'Now What? Training' is offering SMART Notebook files on DVD. The files are composed in version 9.7 -10. The files are designed for use with Junior Primary and Primary students

All files are linked to the relevant SACSA Outcomes, Essential Learnings and Key Competencies. Instructions for using the file at many different levels and a full site license is included.

Festivals 1 & 2

Festivals 1 examines the festivals celebrated by the South Australian community in the first half of the year. Files include Australia Day, Valentine's Day, Chinese New Year, St Patrick's Day, Adelaide Cup, Easter and Anzac Day.

Festivals 2 examines the festivals celebrated by the South Australian community in the second half of the year. Files include Ramadan, Diwali, Halloween, Hanukkah and Christmas.

The Olympic Games

The Olympic Games DVD contains files to be used with students. The files range from games to Resource Based Learning Units and cover such topics as Olympic Maths, The Olympic Rings, Sports, Sports people and the Paralympics.

Science Activities

Due to my new position as an eTeacher with DECS, the Science DVD planned for 2009 has been deferred.
